the good news is that i pinched a nerve in my foot but i can still run on it. it hurts a bit but the doctor said that it shouldnt get any worse and that i can most likely last the season on it. today i did on my own workout after work. 2mi warmup. 8x400 at 73. was gonna do 10-12 but i felt terrible and i was burning out so i decided not to. long cooldown to 9mi
