ive been out for the last few weeks because of my shin, i decided to lay off since it was getting worse. i took 2.5 weeks off with may in mind hoping that i can have an injury free build up from now to track. i'll resume running and im motivated to achieve those goals that ive set. 5.7mi today with joel at about 7:20/mi. pace felt suprisingly good after the break. no pain today, im going to slowly work back into it with running and biking.
