AM: 1 mi warmup with the team up to Jacksonville reservoir Rd. Then did 2x3x80sec up the steady incline with jog back recovery in between. Extra minute of rest in between sets. Felt good and really controlled, worked on the form and it was nice. Cool down then strides. 4.7mi total.
PM: didn't get a ton in this morn so I went this evening to orchard hill fitness trail and did 4.7mi @ 8:00 with my dog jimmer
