so today kinda sucked.. Went out for a tempo workout at about 630pm. Felt kinda tired during the warmup. Started the tempo portion and just didn't feel it at all!! Hit 6:06, then a super terrible 6:40 in rolling hills that hurt way more than it should've, then 6:11 to finish. Really not a good workout but I'm glad I finished!! Going to move on from this one and I'm gonna get some solid workouts in the next few weeks
