due to work all week, I have to run on my own everyday so its not easy. today i did a 2mi warmup, then 3x80sec, 4x60sec, 5x30sec hill repeats. Not an easy workout at all... had to pus it the 2nd half but i got it done. rest was jogging back down the hill in between each rep plus an extra minute of rest between each set. cooled down to 7.6
