1.5mi warmup then some strides to get the legs going. 2.5mi tempo at 5:50/mi. Felt really good. 5min rest to switch into spikes and jog then 4x600 and I hit 1:55, 1:55, 1:55, 1:54. Felt pretty good, I needed the speed work. Cooled down to 7 after, great workout overall.
