tried to run today but after a half mile it started to hurt a little and it felt tight so i stopped. definitely wont be racing tomorrow. ive been doing ice massage, massage, and a ton of stretching and it seems to be helping, but this thing is healing really slowly.

tried running today but it felt tight and started to hurt after .75mi so I just stopped. Next time i run i think im going to just try to run through the pain and see if it goes away after a few miles.
