Forgot my shoes so I had to borrow some spikes from the shed or flats without spikes in them and run in those. 1.5mi warmup, 3mi tempo, 1.5mi cool down. I ran in the grass next to the guys on the sidewalk since I had flats with studs in and it was uneven and a lot harder. I fell back after 2mi and finished pretty tired. It was hot and I didn't feel good at all. 6:05 avg pace I think
